Newronika HDCkit*

Modular system for Direct Current (DC) stimulation

The Newronika HDCkit is a cost-effective modular system for Direct Current (DC) stimulation that consists of three components: the stimulator (HDCstim), a programmer (HDCprog), and a set of electrodes that can also be used with a headcap (HDCel).

The modular system means that only one HDCprog is required to program any number of HDCstim stimulators, which can be ordered as required. The basic HDCkit package contains everything required to administer tDCS.

HDCkit Components

    HDCprog
  • Touch-screen LCD programmer to set stimulation parameters of HDCstim

  • Allows for programming up to 99 stimulations

  • Maximum stimulation duration 40 minutes

  • Ramp duration of 5-30 seconds

  • Sham stimulation between 0 and 100% of real stimulation duration

  • Highly portable: 15cm x 9cm x 2cm

    HDCstim
  • Portable programmable DC stimulator

  • Monochannel, Bichannel (2 anodes 1 cathode) and Sham stimulation modes

  • Maximum output current 2 mA per channel, minimum 0.2 mA per channel

  • Maximum output voltage 28VDC per channel

  • Real time monitoring of output current and voltage with stimulation interruption if impedance variation exceeds threshold

  • Powered by 2 AA batteries

    HDCel
  • Sponge electrodes for DC stimulation delivery made of cellulose and conductive silicone

  • Available in 5x5cm and 6×8.5cm

  • Includes high-conductivity gel
